Yangon:Hit the streets of Myanmar's most cosmopolitan city on this fascinating journey into Yangon. Packed with pagodas and crammed with colonial relics, Yangon is one of the most enchanting cities in Asia.

Bagan is a spectacular plain stretching away from the Ayeyarwaddy River, dotted with thousands of 800-year old temple ruins. Although human habitation at Bagan dates back almost to the beginning of the Christian era

Mount Popa is an extinct volcano covered in forests and is considered one of the most sacred places in Myanmar.

Salay was the home of famous writer and poet of Bagan era called “Salay U Ponya” whose works are still studied and referred by many modern Myanmar scholars.

Mandalay is best known not only for it's rich traditional, cultural and spiritual splendor but also exquisite handicraft such as hand-woven embroidery in silk and cotton, the incredible process of making gold leaves, wood and stone carving and bronze casting etc.

Amarapura: Long known for its silk weaving, Amarapura is the site of a weaving school. Colourful longyis (skirts worn by both sexes) are produced in a distinctive heavy silk. The town’s long-established bronze industry is famous for Buddha figures, bells, and gongs. Tile, pottery, and baskets are also manufactured.

Mingun pagoda, site of what would have been the world’s largest Buddhist Stupa and unbroken bell.

Sagaing: A highlight is walking the (sometimes steep) tree-hung stairways that lead magically past monasteries and nunneries to viewpoints from which you can survey the river and yet more stupas.

Inle Lake The Intha people are the Lake dwellers who are unique for their leg rowing. Leg rowed traditional boats are the main ceremonial attractions of the Inle Lake.

Ho Chi Minh City: City tour including entry to the War Remnants Museum & Cu Chi Tunnels.

Mekong Delta: Take an excursion to Mekong Delta, with a boat trip on the Mekong River to visit Cat Be floating market.

Day 1: Yangon arrival

Arrive at Yangon international airport, welcome by our experience tour guide. And transfer to the hotel for check in. After that start City tour in Yangon, includes Sule Pagoda in the heart of the city, Chauktatgyi Reclining Buddha image 230 ft (70 m) long in the pose of rest, the original image was built in 1907 and one of the biggest colossal Buddha in Myanmar. Special evening visit to the massive Shwedagon Pagoda, famous worldwide, its golden stupa is the ‘Heart’ of Buddhism Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and the central stupa in surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated buildings and statues. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 2: Yangon - Mandalay – Ava - Amarapura - Sagaing - Mandalay (B)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for flight to Mandalay, the commercial centre and cultural tourism site, was established in 1857 by King Mindon, Arrive at Tada Oo International airport and direct sightseeing to the ancient city of Amarapura. Visit to Mahagundayone Monastery to study the daily life of the monks observing Buddha scriptures, U Bein Wooden Bridge (1.2km long) across Taung Tha Man Lake. And then drive to Sagaing and visit Kaung Mu Daw Pagoda which is the copy of Mahaceti Pagoda in Siri Lanka and Sagaing Hill the center of Meditation. Then drive to Mandalay and check in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay (B)

After early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the jetty to take a boat trip to Mingun. Visit Mingun Unfinished Pagoda, Mingun Bell, one of the world largest hanging bronze bells and Myatheindan Pagoda. After sightseeing in Mingun, sail back to Mandalay. Afternoon visit Mahamuni Buddha Image, Zegyo Market and some of Mandalay’s cottage industries, such as weaving and tapestry making, Burmese candy making, Bamboo fan making near Eindaw Yar Pagoda, Atumahsi Monastery and Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace Monastery), Kuthodaw (Maha Lawkamarazein Pagoda) which is famous as the world largest book of many stone slabs on which is inscribed the whole Buddhist Literature.. Enjoy the panoramic view of the city from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 4: Mandalay - Bagan (B)

After having breakfast at hotel, morning flight to Bagan situated in Central Myanmar, on the East bank of the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. Arrive at Nyaung U Airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Sightseeing start to colorful Nyaung Oo Market, and Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine, then Ananda Temple, King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowning achievement of the early style temple of architecture, then Thatbyinnyu Temple, the highest building on the Bagan plain, after that visit to Htilominlo Temple , noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations. In the afternoon observe the process of traditional lacquer ware, one of Myanmar’s best known handicrafts and a specialty of Bagan. Then visit Manuha Temple, Myingabar Gubyautgyi Temple , an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence with some of the oldest mutual paintings in Bagan and Dhamanyangyi Temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Lastly enjoy the sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River from Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 5: Bagan - Popa - Salay (B)

After breakfast at hotel, begin with a drive south, parallel to the Irrawaddy River, en route to Salay. After one hour we'll make a stop in Chauk which has a colorful morning market to explore.  Continue to Salay (30 minutes) an important center of Buddhism in Myanmar with many active monasteries. Salay, while visiting Salay you will learn more about monastic life, several sites including Salay is Yoke Sone Kyaung monastery, one of the oldest wooden halls in the area. Mount Popa has played an important role in Myanmar culture, religion and history since earliest times. The view over the Myingyan Plain from the top of the volcanic peak is impressive (and the climb is optional!). Return back to Bagan and overnight in Bagan.

Day 6: Bagan - Heho - Inle (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to leave for Heho. Arrive at Heho Airport and drive to Nyaung Shwe and transfer to hotel by boat to Inle Lake. Being located at the 900 meters above sea level, Inle Lake is the second largest natural lake in Myanmar with hazy blue mountains as backdrop. Visit Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, the most famous pagoda of the Shan State. Ywa-Ma village, gold and silver smiths’ workshop. After lunch, visit Jumping Cat Monastery and floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and the famous leg rowers. In the evening, enjoy the sunset while visiting the Inle Lake by boat and overnight.

Day 7: Indein (B)

After breakfast , start tour excursion on Inle lake , visit to Indein Pagoda in ruins covered by trees and bushes wgich are supposes to be told about 500 years, floating gardens, floating villages, In Paw Khan village to observe the silk weaving, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 8: Inle – Heho - Yangon (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport and flight back to Yangon. On the way to the hotel, visit Kabar Aye (the World Peace pagoda) and Maha Pasana (the great cave for Buddhist synod) and check in at the hotel. After lunch, shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scott’s Market) of hundreds of shops where you can find local products such as Gems & Jewelry , slippers, cloth, and so on. Evening stroll along the China Town and study the ways of living of Yangon citizens (observe the tradition and modern costume). Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 9: Yangon - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the departure flight. On arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International Airport), pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

After breakfast, at 8 am, we will visit Cu Chi tunnels - an immense network of connecting underground tunnels during American War. Back to the city for lunch.
After lunch we will visit Notre Dame Cathedral, in the heart of Saigon's government quarter, is of neo- Romanesque architecture with two high square tower and iron spires. The Central Post Office is French-style and City Hall, known as "Hotel de Ville," is typical of the French architecture that would be seen in any village in France. Visit the War Remnants Museum, featuring collections of weapons and photographs from the two Indochina wars. Our last stop is Ben Thanh market, the biggest whole sales market in Saigon. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta - Cai Be Floating Market (B, L)

7:30 am: Depart for Cai Be, stopping to take photos in Tan An town overlooking the picturesque flat rice fields. On arrival in Cai Be, take a motor boat to visit the Cai Be floating market and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Then wander into the small villages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation. Keep cruising to Vinh Long through a series of small canals to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Arrive in Binh Hoa Phuoc village, the green pearl of Vinh Long town, where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy a lunch of fresh river food served in the heart of the garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Take a delightful walk through the bonsai garden. Meet the driver again in Vinh Long. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight to Nha Trang. On arrival in Nha Trang, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 13: Nha Trang (B, L)

In the morning you will be transferred to Cau Da port for a cruise on the Nha Trang Bay to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island to enjoy hundreds of nice and precious marine creatures then continue the trip to Mun Island -the best island for snorkeling with lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Taking a fresh lunch at the Con Se Tre island and relax. Back to hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 14: Nha Trang (B)

A whole day free for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing on Nha Trang beach. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 15: Nha Trang (B)

Another whole day free for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing on Nha Trang beach. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 16: Nha Trang – Da Nang - Hoi An (B, L)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for the flight to Da Nang. On arrival, have lunch at local restaurant. Then visit the 200 year-old Tan Ky house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful riverside market. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 17: Hoi An - Hue (B, L)

Morning free at your leisure.
After lunch at local restaurant, leave Hoi An for Hue, the last imperial capital of Vietnam, well-known for magnificent architecture, pagodas and royal tombs laid in small villages and surrounding hills. En route, have a look at the famous My Khe Beach and visit Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham sculpture in the world. Upon arrival in Hue, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hue.

Day 18: Hue full day city tour - Hanoi (B, L)

A morning boat trip on the romantic Perfume River visiting Hue’s oldest and most revered site, Thien Mu Pagoda & the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang.
Afternooon visit the Imperial Citadel, the Purple Forbidden City, the elaborate mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc and the Dong Ba market. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. On arrival in Hanoi, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hanoi. 

Day 19: Hanoi full day city tour (B, L)

Today we enjoy a half day city tour of this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda & the Temple of Literature.
After lunch at local restaurant, visit the impressive Museum of Ethnology, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword and the Ngoc Son temple. Take one hour cyclo ride through the bustling old quarter streets of Hanoi before enjoying a fantastic traditional water puppet show (unique to Vietnam). Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 20: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)

About 8 am, we’ll drive from Hanoi to one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world, Halong Bay. The drive takes 3.5 hours. Halong covers 577 square miles, this vast bay is filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. We’ll spend a day and a half, including an overnight with dinner and breakfast onboard, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. Comfortable and intimate, your boat features hand-crafted wooden interiors including a dining room and pleasant air-conditioned cabins with private baths. Since we’re overnight on the water, we’ll be able to explore Ha Long Bay’s most beautiful spots with time to swim and even visit some of the largest rock formations and caves. Day 21: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L)

Rising to the sound of lapping bay waters, we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, explore Sung Sot cave, swim and relax. Cruises back to the jetty while brunch is served while you are cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Cruise check-out. Rejoin car drive back to Hanoi for overnight. Arrive in Hanoi at 4:00pm. Check in hotel & free time to go sightseeing in the Old Quarter.
