Mandalay is best known not only for it's rich traditional, cultural and spiritual splendor but also exquisite handicraft such as hand-woven embroidery in silk and cotton, the incredible process of making gold leaves, wood and stone carving and bronze casting etc.

Amarapura: Long known for its silk weaving, Amarapura is the site of a weaving school. Colourful longyis (skirts worn by both sexes) are produced in a distinctive heavy silk. The town’s long-established bronze industry is famous for Buddha figures, bells, and gongs. Tile, pottery, and baskets are also manufactured. 

Mingun pagoda, site of what would have been the world’s largest Buddhist Stupa and unbroken bell.

Mount Popais an extinct volcano covered in forests and is considered one of the most sacred places in Myanmar.

Sagaing: A highlight is walking the (sometimes steep) tree-hung stairways that lead magically past monasteries and nunneries to viewpoints from which you can survey the river and yet more stupas.

Bagan is a spectacular plain stretching away from the Ayeyarwaddy River, dotted with thousands of 800-year old temple ruins. Although human habitation at Bagan dates back almost to the beginning of the Christian era

Salay was the home of famous writer and poet of Bagan era called “Salay U Ponya” whose works are still studied and referred by many modern Myanmar scholars.

Inle Lake The Intha people are the Lake dwellers who are unique for their leg rowing. Leg rowed traditional boats are the main ceremonial attractions of the Inle Lake.

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival

Today you’ll land in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International Airport). Warmly welcome by our tour guide & driver at airport & then transfer to hotel for check in. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City full day tour (B, L)

A full day city tour of the dynamic Ho Chi Minh (formerly called Saigon) including Chinatown, Thien Hau pagoda, Binh Tay market, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Reunification Palace, Historical Museum, War Crime Museum and Vinh Nghiem Pagoda. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - Cao Dai Temples - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

This morning you take a drive to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few. The religion is a hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. The Cao Dai Temple at Tay Ninh has been described as a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. The temple's exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of Buddhist symbols. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side.

The trip to Tay Ninh is combined with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. At its height, the tunnel system stretched over 250km. from Saigon to the Cambodian border and was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the US – Vietnam War. Return Ho Chi Minh City for hotel check in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (B, L)

Leave Ho Chi Minh City in the morning. Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields. On arrived in My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoys cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of the water coconut trees along natural canals. Have a short cycling tour & enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through fruit plantations and villages.  Proceed to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 5: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat (B, L)

Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then proceed to visit Cai Rang floating market, which is the liveliest in the whole region.

Have you ever tasted Vietnamese vermicelli soup? Well, now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people and experience how to cross a "Monkey bridge" which is built by only one stem of bamboo. Visit the orchard garden. Stop for lunch. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the last stop is to see how incense sticks are made. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Da Lat. On arrival, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 6: Da Lat full day city tour (B, L)

Today take a full day city tour in Da Lat including Bao Dai Summer Palace, Da Lat Cathedral, Robin Hill, Buddhist Meditation Monastery, Paradise Lake, Prenn Waterfall, the Old Railway Station, the Valley Of Love & XQ Silk Hand Embroidery. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 7: Da Lat - Nha Trang Beach (B)

Free for leisure in the morning until transfer to Nha Trang Beach City – one of the most beautiful beaches all over the World. Arrive in Nha Trang Beach City in the afternoon. Check in hotel & overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 8: Nha Trang full day tour (B, L)

In the morning you will transfer to Cau Da port for a cruise on the Nha Trang Bay to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island to enjoy hundreds of nice and precious marine creatures then continue the trip to Mun Island -the best island for snorkeling with lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Taking a fresh lunch at the Con Se Tre island and relax. Back to hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 9: Nha Trang (B)

Today is a free day at leisure in Nha Trang for relaxing and unwinding at the resort overlooking beautiful Bay. Snorkel or dive among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, cool off in your private plunge pool, indulge in spa treatments or just relax on the white sand beach and admire the unspoiled mountain and sea views. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 10: Nha Trang – Da Nang – Hoi An (B)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Da Nang. On arrival, pick up & transfer to hotel in Hoi An for check in. Then free for shopping & relaxing on Cua Dai Beach. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 11: Hoi An – My Son (B, L)

In the morning, drive to My Son, a World Heritage, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries.
My Son, considered being in the same league as some of Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries were built from the 7 to 13 centuries.
Back to Hoi An for lunch.

Afternoon visit the 200 year-old Tan Ky house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful riverside market. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 12: Hoi An - Hue (B, L)

Morning leave Hoi An for Hue, the last imperial capital of Vietnam, well-known for magnificent architecture, pagodas and royal tombs laid in small villages and surrounding hills. En route, have a look at the famous My Khe Beach and visit Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham sculpture in the world. Upon arrival in Hue, visit the Imperial Citadel, the Purple Forbidden City, the elaborate mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc and the Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

Day 13: Hue – Hanoi (B, L)

Take a morning boat trip on the romantic Perfume River visiting Hue’s oldest and most revered site, Thien Mu Pagoda & the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. On arrival in Hanoi, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 14: Hanoi full day city tour (B, L)

Today we enjoy a half day city tour of this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda & the Temple of Literature.

After lunch at local restaurant, visit the impressive Museum of Ethnology, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword and the Ngoc Son temple. Take one hour cyclo ride through the bustling old quarter streets of Hanoi before enjoying a fantastic traditional water puppet show (unique to Vietnam). Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 15: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)

About 8 am, we’ll drive from Hanoi to one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world, Halong Bay. The drive takes 3.5 hours. Halong covers 577 square miles, this vast bay is filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. We’ll spend a day and a half, including an overnight with dinner and breakfast onboard, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. Comfortable and intimate, your boat features hand-crafted wooden interiors including a dining room and pleasant air-conditioned cabins with private baths. Since we’re overnight on the water, we’ll be able to explore Ha Long Bay’s most beautiful spots with time to swim and even visit some of the largest rock formations and caves. This promises to be one of your most memorable travel experiences in Asia. Stay overnight on Boat.

Day 16: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L)

Rising to the sound of lapping bay waters, we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.

After breakfast, explore Sung Sot cave, swim and relax. Cruises back to the jetty while brunch is served while you are cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Cruise check-out. Rejoin car drive back to Hanoi for overnight. Arrive in Hanoi at 4:00pm. Check in hotel & free time to go sightseeing in the Old Quarter.

Day 17: Hanoi – Yangon (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon, Myanmar. Arrive at Yangon international airport, welcome by our experience tour guide & transfer to the hotel for check in. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 18: Yangon - Mandalay – Ava - Amarapura - Sagaing - Mandalay (B)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for flight to Mandalay, the commercial centre and cultural tourism site, was established in 1857 by King Mindon, Arrive at Tada Oo International airport and direct sightseeing to the ancient city of Amarapura. Visit to Mahagundayone Monastery to study the daily life of the monks observing Buddha scriptures, U Bein Wooden Bridge (1.2km long) across Taung Tha Man Lake. And then drive to Sagaing and visit Kaung Mu Daw Pagoda which is the copy of Mahaceti Pagoda in Siri Lanka and Sagaing Hill the center of Meditation. Then drive to Mandalay and check in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 19: Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay (B)

After early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the jetty to take a boat trip to Mingun. Visit Mingun Unfinished Pagoda, Mingun Bell, one of the world largest hanging bronze bells and Myatheindan Pagoda. After sightseeing in Mingun, sail back to Mandalay. Afternoon visit Mahamuni Buddha Image, Zegyo Market and some of Mandalay’s cottage industries, such as weaving and tapestry making, Burmese candy making, Bamboo fan making near Eindaw Yar Pagoda, Atumahsi Monastery and Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace Monastery), Kuthodaw (Maha Lawkamarazein Pagoda) which is famous as the world largest book of many stone slabs on which is inscribed the whole Buddhist Literature.. Enjoy the panoramic view of the city from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 20: Mandalay - Bagan (B)

After breakfast at hotel, morning flight to Bagan situated in Central Myanmar, on the East bank of the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. Arrive at Nyaung U Airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Sightseeing start to colorful Nyaung Oo Market, and Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine, then Ananda Temple, King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowning achievement of the early style temple of architecture, then Thatbyinnyu Temple, the highest building on the Bagan plain, after that visit to Htilominlo Temple , noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations. In the afternoon observe the process of traditional lacquer ware, one of Myanmar’s best known handicrafts and a specialty of Bagan. Then visit Manuha Temple, Myingabar Gubyautgyi Temple , an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence with some of the oldest mutual paintings in Bagan and Dhamanyangyi Temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Lastly enjoy the sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River from Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 21: Bagan - Popa - Salay (B)

After breakfast at hotel, begin with a drive south, parallel to the Irrawaddy River, en route to Salay. After one hour we'll make a stop in Chauk which has a colorful morning market to explore.  Continue to Salay (30 minutes) an important center of Buddhism in Myanmar with many active monasteries. Salay, while visiting Salay you will learn more about monastic life, several sites including Salay is Yoke Sone Kyaung monastery, one of the oldest wooden halls in the area. Mount Popa has played an important role in Myanmar culture, religion and history since earliest times. The view over the Myingyan Plain from the top of the volcanic peak is impressive (and the climb is optional!). Return back to Bagan and overnight in Bagan.

Day 22: Bagan - Heho - Inle (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to leave for Heho. Arrive at Heho Airport and drive to Nyaung Shwe and transfer to hotel by boat to Inle Lake. Being located at the 900 meters above sea level, Inle Lake is the second largest natural lake in Myanmar with hazy blue mountains as backdrop. Visit Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, the most famous pagoda of the Shan State. Ywa-Ma village, gold and silver smiths’ workshop. After lunch, visit Jumping Cat Monastery and floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and the famous leg rowers. In the evening, enjoy the sunset while visiting the Inle Lake by boat and overnight.

Day 23: Indein (B)

After breakfast , start tour excursion on Inle lake , visit to Indein Pagoda in ruins covered by trees and bushes wgich are supposes to be told about 500 years, floating gardens, floating villages, In Paw Khan village to observe the silk weaving, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 24: Inle – Heho - Yangon (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport and flight back to Yangon. On the way to the hotel, visit Kabar Aye (the World Peace pagoda) and Maha Pasana (the great cave for Buddhist synod) and check in at the hotel. After lunch, shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scott’s Market) of hundreds of shops where you can find local products such as Gems & Jewelry , slippers, cloth, and so on. Evening stroll along the China Town and study the ways of living of Yangon citizens (observe the tradition and modern costume). Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 25: Yangon departure (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
